Cloud accounting services are provided by an outside accountant using software that is hosted in the cloud. The cloud accountant performs accounting functions for their client remotely, using the internet.
The difference is where the software is installed and how it is accessed. Unlike in a traditional environment where the you purchase and install QuickBooks software on your local PC or server, in our cloud environment QuickBooks is hosted on a remote server, and you access the QuickBooks program and your data file using the internet.
- 24/7 online access from your PC or mobile device
- Better segregation of duties
- Ability to keep the company’s financial information out of employees’ hands
- No need to recruit/train/manage internal accounting staff, no staff turnover issues
- No accounting software to purchase/ maintain/upgrade
- Reduced employment and IT costs
Our clients are professional service firms with annual revenues of up to $10 million. A sample of the industries we serve are financial advisors, consulting firms, architectural and engineering firms, creative agencies, and more.
