As you receive bookkeeping data, you simply scan and upload it to a secure site.  From there we retrieve those source documents and use them to update your accounting file (QuickBooks, for example). You can then access your current accounting file and reports at your convenience – at any time. 

Accounting Software
There is no need to invest in costly software to work with us. We work through an Application Service Provider (ASP), which provides the software.  The ASP allows us to provide accounting services from our office, no matter where you are located. You can access your books from any computer with an Internet connection, 24 hours a day. 

Secure Information Exchange and Backup
We exchange confidential files securely and easily. Encryption and password protection ensure that your files are accessible to authorized staff only.

The ASP performs daily back-ups of your files. Should prior data from a specific date ever be needed, the ASP can easily retrieve and restore it.
